AGRON LOOKING MAGNIFICENT
We got the sad news earlier last week that Argon’s cancer returned and he finally passed away.
I’m going to remember him as THE ultimate testament of a dog’s resilience, and their incredible ability to face all the bad luck and the appalling cruelty that humanity can throw at them and then come back through it all and respond in kind to all the best that humanity can offer.

Argon Rescued, in treatment and enjoying life
What a guy!
I photographed him twice and even after all he’d been through I was totally comfortable sitting around on the floor with him, pushing a camera in his face, setting off studio strobes and generally moving his big body around to get the shots we needed.
The $20,000 reward is still offered for information leading to the “people” who left him zip tied in the Santa Monica Mountains, so if you know who did it, “grass them up” as we say in the UK.

All kids of personality, including slightly goofy
The GSROC (who will always put and donations or help you can give to helping and housing abandoned and abused German Shepherds to the best possible use) have a calendar full of pictures of Argon being magnificent and super soulful.
Get it here, and live with him for the next year or so, it’ll be good for your soul.
